I've written many songs and I write them mostly on guitar. Whilst I like my melodies and enjoy playing the guitar parts, I don't particularly like my voice and I do find that writing lyrics is hard.

Most of my songs have been saved as "unfinished" roughs and so will likely never see the light of day. That said, there are now some new tools available that might allow me to polish some of them up enough to be worth releasing!
